Borrower Services
As a borrower you can:
- Check your details
- List items on loan
- List items you have borrowed previously
- Renew items
- Check your reservations
- View outstanding charges in your account
To use borrower services you will need your borrower number (the nine digit number above the bar code on your library ticket) and your PIN (Personal Identification Number).
If you don't know your PIN, please visit your local library, taking your library ticket with you. To ensure protection of your personal data PINs are only issued to you in person. We do not issue PINs by telephone or email.
